Great graphics but...

I have been playing Deck Heroes for about three months, reaching level 54, accumulating dozens of "shards" and thousands of "glory points, only to have the game crash in the middle of game play. I get a message that I have lost internet connection, and when I retry connecting, get the same message over and over. I cannot launch the game now, and all my work to become one of the stronger players in the game is lost! Very disappointed! I have tried to turn off my iPad and restart the game, have tried to delete and re-install the game, but still get same message that Ive lost connection. I cannot contact support if I cannot launch the game, and there is no link to IGGs website in the AppStore. I feel like its all been a waste of time!
