Terrible customer service
Horrible to the point of disgust, how could a company outsource their help chat to the most incompetent customer reps on the planet. Once your ticket reaches someone who might be able to help typical response might include, we apologize but there is nothing we can do, please check again or we simply do not understand your problem. Ive had several issue with the game not rewarding certain prizes after completing different stages. Ive run into a few bugs as well. Even when it comes down to reporting a bug they simply do not care enough to address the issue and instead issue an apology for the bug existing. Would be a 5 star game if it werent for the support, which is simply unacceptable for a game Ive payed to play.
