before the freaking update, it was fine.. now that it has happened. i cant even get the game to start!!! i open the app and 1-2 seconds later it force closes. it doesnt even get to the loading screen!!

Do not buy anything from this app. The store is extremely buggy and the customer service is incompetent. You will lose your money and get nothing.

The game was great up until the last update, now it wont even load. I open the app and get the igg logo for 2 seconds then it boots me back to the home screen.

I just wasted thousands of brain cell playing this game!

Updated the game now I cant even open it, all I get is the igg screen then it turns off. Are you guys going to fix the iOS version or did we all just waste the last 6 months of our lives

I have been playing this game for a year now, and I am not disappointed. If you want game that will get you addicted this is the one. It has good quality, the guilds are fun and challenging and it adds new stuff all the time. Every update makes the game better. Id be bored if I havent found the game. Give it chance guys !

This game is a lot of fun. Even without spending money you can easily make it to level 20 where the fun gets better. That being said, the random chance system of this game seems highly skewed. What I mean by that is simple...if you want the best cards, you are going to spend a lot of money. An example is that I bought 11000 gems for $99.00 during one of their specials...I spent about 8000 of those gems on 12 booster packs which guarantee at least 1 4 star or greater creature per pack and received no 5 star creatures. Ok thats a little annoying but its not the worst part. The worst part is you get the same 2 or 3 useless cards over and over again. I have easily 5 copies of the same 4 star card (Pale Dragon) which is mostly useless and maybe 1 copy of an actual useful card (Flame Brave). The Altar is even worse. I would love this game and spend more $$$ on it if the card distribution was even but its not. There are other ways to get decent cards but it will take months in most cases or spending more money. If you want a fair TCG even for those who spend $$$ then I would look elsewhere unless your going to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Some of the higher level cards would cost you $2000 or more in gems. Yeah good luck with that...

Please stay away!!! Been at this game for almost a year and have about 700$ in it... And its super lame !!! They steal money from you, they over charge for there gem packages that nearly get you nothing! There super lame!!!!! Please please please pass on this one!!!!!! Again please please move on they suc really bad!!! 700 bucks and all have pulled for cards are a couple of unrare high lvl cards!!! These guys are scamm artists!

I tried to go the update and it wouldnt download. I deleted it and tried to reinstall the game and now it wont install at all.

Use to really enjoy this game until free-to-play players got nerfed hard. IGG has bad costumer support. Not worth it.

Horrible to the point of disgust, how could a company outsource their help chat to the most incompetent customer reps on the planet. Once your ticket reaches someone who might be able to help typical response might include, we apologize but there is nothing we can do, please check again or we simply do not understand your problem. Ive had several issue with the game not rewarding certain prizes after completing different stages. Ive run into a few bugs as well. Even when it comes down to reporting a bug they simply do not care enough to address the issue and instead issue an apology for the bug existing. Would be a 5 star game if it werent for the support, which is simply unacceptable for a game Ive payed to play.

If youre thinking of getting into this game now, think again. With every update, the game gets more unfriendly to f2p players (or even moderate spenders who pay for STAR membership). The difficulty and learning curve is steep, and as you progress, the game only gets more frustrating. The campaign gets extremely tough and not only that, the matchmaking for arena and gauntlet is very unforgiving. There are many times I lose most of my attempts for the day. Because you face increasingly tough opponents and maps, you never get to enjoy the fruits of your labor by climbing or powering through anything. Very unsatisfying progression, not to mention the entire tournament feature is moot since you will probably be unable to even crack the top 10k after even a month of dedicated effort. Unrewarding and frustrating overall, despite being a feature rich and deep game.
