Why so many broken or never activating features?

Hello please fix the game. Not being able to see the cards is frustrating that is what motivates peoples and inspires them to grind on the game. If you want peoples to continue playing your game you need to fix this.

Images not loading wanted to replay this game

Game is Dead… I’ve been waiting for them to fix the game for more than 2 years. Art work does not show on Cards anymore so you cannot even see which cards you have battling against who or what. Very serious bug that they have decided not to Fix I don’t know why.

So whoever made this game is okay with missing artwork on the cards? I have to google it just to see the picture? Not playing this game until it gets fixed.

The game itself is actually fun and I enjoy the cards and leveling up. But what I seriously do not like is the IT team. I worked hard to get the cards and level that I am. it has a serious bug that has not been fixed and made numerous tickets to get it fixed only to tell me to start over or wait.

Issues with loading, character images do not load and multiple parts of the map areas do not load or can’t be accessed. I have reported this multiple times.

We need updates and events to get strong, nice card game.

The devs of this game have seemingly all but abandoned this game for android and iOS. So many game breaking bugs that have left the game almost unplayable such as error messages when trying to access several game story maps along with visual and graphics bugs like skill effects and almost all card art being a blank background with a loading circle in the center, making it difficult to properly strategize your moves during gameplay, as you cant see which cards you have, not even beginning to go into the outright mass account loss for android users due to a bug that still isn’t fixed. Been playing this great game for years and its sad to see how far they’ve allowed it to fall especially after all the time and money so many players have invested into it to build amazing decks.

Somehow the graphics on my game is starting to be distorting and not visible

Please fix the bug where certain cars arts won’t load in! I love the card art and it kills me that I don’t see a good majority of them. Game was way ahead of its time and I’m still enjoying it till this day

Always loved this game, though it is discouraging that there are no new updates. Please start advertising again, cards are big since the pandemic. I bet if more people saw this game they would fall in love like I have. This could once again be a thriving community.

Having a problem on iPhone where I can’t see some characters pictures. Other then that great game if you like this kinda stuff.

They took my account after spending easily a hundred plus dollars on this game. Tons of emails and NEVER ONE EMAIL BACK.

A close look should be taken into this dev’s practices. They are unscrupulous. Even a peek under their covers shows how blatant their behavior is. What is IGG doing selling their product on the backbone of Apple’s great reputation for top quality products and services? IGG service replies ALL start with something clearly insincere like Dear Esteemed Player and are followed by equally insincere nonspecific cut and paste replies. Basically, they make dealing with a IGG service issue a giant negative stalemate for their customers. IGG doesn’t resolve player problems. I’ve played DH Legacy for 7 years. I’m a guild leader and maintain a very active chat with some of the most established players (left standing) playing on the server that IGG has clearly discriminated against. I invite you to our chat. From there, you will have access to every established player in the game. Let them support, and more, what I share about the many behaviors that have come from this unscrupulous dev. Behaviors such as: Manipulating drop rates. Is there a reason they don’t publish anything but a few drop rates for items that can be obtained free through gameplay at a constant rate? They won’t touch any questions on drop rates from boosters and other things that require in game currency purchases for example. Ever. That should be questioned very heavily. I’ve watched the effects of a manipulated drop rate over the course of 7 years. I, and others, can tell you when something manipulative is up. No events, on the Legacy server only, beside purchase events for 2-4 years depending on the event. That’s right. Not new events. Any events besides purchase events. They took all of the old ones away from Legacy only. They even sold something called piggy banks and advertised them as savings programs for their AB event all the while it had disappeared for 4 years from Legacy only. Dear Esteemed Player… All other servers that IGG serves the exact same game on get the full product. Only the American server is receiving such blatant discrimination. What is the motivation? Why only the American server? Customers paid for this product. They deserve an explanation at the least. In the last 6 months, there is a bug on Apple version of DH Legacy whereby game icons don’t display. For these Apple users, IGG has not explained why or what, if anything, is being done to allow their devices to display again. Typical insubstantial cut and paste response that says nothing but thank you for paying. Suggesting to a long-time good-paying customer that other players should provide the support requested from IGG to help explain how the IGG product works. In the latest case, and not the only, my request was to simply understand how their product works for something that has not yet been attempted in the game. The suggestion that any customer should ask other players to do the service required to support their product is ludicrous.

Don’t waste your time and money on this game because you gonna get same random cards every time and and the rewords are the same cheap and worthless since the day this game came out

I really think this is a good game in how hard it is to get though the map part but the thing that makes me mad is that people love to hate on this game and this is a amazing card game and this might be wrong but I don’t think that the people who leave bad ratings are not even trying and they want to hate I might be wrong I would never hate on this game so play this game you might get bored of this game after a little but you will get back into this game and that’s what happened to me I didn’t play this game for a little while to take a break but I realized that if I quit I will never get better and I always do better the 2 nd Time I play after my break from this game I’m still into it I will be into this game for a long time so please download and don’t hate play the game for a month or so and then leave a rating and the people who made deck heroes amazing job to you and I would not be the person without this game so the people who made deck heroes keep updating so you can get better ratings and no hate and thanks for making this game and I do like these kind of games so yeah that’s all I have to say( good work to all of the creators) ✨❤️

I deleted the app accidentally, and when I went to redownload it I couldn’t unless I added a payment method.

Really enjoy the game I just really wish there was an offline type of play mode that allows you to have everything at your control, with costume play… allowing you to have fun against against explore and trials just to see how strong you can make your decks. The only thing I dislike is how this game is basically pay to win and still requires a decent stack of luck on what type of heroes you pull from altars and stuff. But the idea of having every hero, every card available to you with all tunes etc would be fun considering the amount of dedication it takes to be very good at the game. I really hope someone sees this because it would make the game so much better. Maybe even when you reach a certain level unlock it?? Just so that people won’t download the game just for that aspect?

I have played this games on android for more than 2 years. But now iam using ios and it doesn't have android to iOS access. For it's ok. When i start playing after 2weak i got bored because I couldn't get a single 5 star heros let alone pass lavel. They also didn't give any gems everyday around 20 gem. But i have played other igg developers games they give enough gemes to make a fair games play. I know you don't have to give us rare creature card or power full card. At least give us some gems to spend we are middle class family we don't have money to spend and also this games not that populer like castle clash. I enjoy playing castle clash and other igg games. If you igg give us enough gems that will make us keep playing becouse i love collecting gems even I don't play all day at least i spend 1 hour every game to collect gems and others. But this games doesn't offer that thats why i don't even open games. I hope they consider this to give more gems to attract player like is to play. Who know we might spend some money if we enjoy and find good event heros..Thank you developers to creat this gems i enjoyed playing on adroid even if you didn't give enough gems but on ios i think i will uninstall this. If i fell like playing again i hope i will not get bored..

Wasted so much time on this game. Upgraded everything to level 15 all 5 starts with fully upgraded rate ruins, and still I lose to NPC that are half my level. If there was an option for negative stars I’d pick -5 stars

The last few years playing this game has been rocky to say the least. As someone who has put a crazy amount of hours various different accounts to say I love this game is an understatement. As previously stated the lack of updates content insane amounts of money to get game breaking cards and how far spending said crazy amounts of money put you in a different league then f2p people who doesn’t understand what’s going on is insane. There are currently some issues that just hasn’t been resolved not looked at or just don’t care. The guild mall is the biggest offender here knowing there is rewards for unplayable content is mind numbing. The nerf of Ore from the mining is insane considering this is an energy based game and the grind it takes away from other content is insane it’s a great energy burn for guilds but really insane when you think about how much it cost for and hero that isn’t 3 star. The last few days in 2021 we haven’t had login rewards . I don’t know what’s up with the devs but why not tell the player base what your plans are without still having pay mechanics that are still working. Can y’all do something for the game instead of nothing.

I have played for a while now and it is a fun game but does cost a fair amount to get the good cards to make you competitive. Now the game won’t load and all the money I put into it is wasted. I guess I should be glad it did so now I am not wasting more money.

This is such a great card game. It runs perfect. It definitely deserves a much higher rating for sure. It’s not a pay to play game, just take your time and have patience..you’d appreciate how great the game is.

I been playing for a while now and I’m now stuck there no room for advancement unless u spend ridiculous amount of cash and it’s not worth it at all. I’m done with the game I just play it now to pass time when my other games r all fought up don’t waste your time

To be honest the game isn’t bad AT ALL there is MUCH to be improved, such as new card, story line, pay 2 play coast, new updates overall, new feel and look would be just what the game needs, something to bring players together more to want to play PVP or build guilds, but over all it’s not a bad games.

The concept of this game is great! It’s super fun, and I love playing it. I definitely think it has great potential, but it’s highly focused on making money. 1. There’s a cap to how well you can do until you have to pay money. 2. Everything has to deal with money. 3. Drop rates are really low. I once spend a couple hundred and still didn’t get the card I wanted.

Clearly designed to make money. You won’t get anywhere unless you spend. Even if you spend, the odds to acquire good cards are very virtually zero. Trust me, I tried. I even complained that there are no percentage chance of gaining a 5 start card given after trying Booster and Transmutation 6x each and getting zero (obligatory by law to publish chance data at least in the EU for games with in-game purchase). “customer service” answers were computer generated. So, if you like frustration, wasting money and are some kind of masochist: this is the game for you!

While this game does have a few insane difficulty spikes, the game isn’t as bad as other people make it out to be. I haven’t spent a cent on this game, but I still feel like I have progressed fairly well. I am trying to beat the 8th world now so I can farm for Venom Tyrant. There are a few problems though. Too many enemies have the best card in the game imo which is Dahlia. I have played for months, and never got a single Dahlia. The biggest problem is that Dahlia makes certain achievements to get 3 stars nearly impossible. Another huge problem is there are 9 different currencies. Trust me, I just counted. I don’t even know what they are all called or how to even get different ones. There should just be gold and gems. (Even though no one likes gems, they are never going anywhere). If you can get past the fact that you may have to grind for a few weeks and hope you get lucky to beat the next level occasionally. This game is worth a shot.

Honestly. I wish there was something lower then a star. I honestly loved this game in the beginning and even bought the star membership (sucker alert). It starts out fun and easy, but it gets extremely hard very quickly. It’s nearly impossible to get a legitimately good card. I had collected 1,200 gems at one point and did lucky spins nonstop. The only creature I ever got was the same 3 star healer repeatedly. The last one I did had 5 5 star creatures and it was still spinning fast but then abruptly stopped right in the middle of two them. There’s also the booster packs. Those are a joke because I got several of those and never got anything more than a 4 star creature that I already had. I only ever got creatures that I already had. The tournaments and everything else are a joke because even starting out, it’s a complete mismatch. I genuinely feel ripped off and don’t intend on playing this game anymore. I wouldn’t advise anyone else cause this game is just a ripoff

Game play is good, been playing for a a year or so and what I found out is don't waste your money trying to get cards booster packs are crap events are overly expensive. I only play cause mechanics are good and passes the time I've stopped trying to get all the top cards that will cost u a small fortune!! That's not normal!!

I love the game, there's tons of stuff to do and keeps you occupied... At first it was an overload, but now that I've played for a little over a month I've gotten the hang of it. There's a lot of p2w to it though, which is a bit disappointing, especially in pvp and running out of energy (what you need to fight or participate in most aspects of the game). Still loads of fun, definitely recommended.
